Dr. Doreen Steele
Is an experienced Chief Executive and Director of Human Resources and a Chartered
Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
She has worked in both the public and private sector in the United Kingdom and in
the USA.
She has been a member of many national committees and of a private equity company
and has chaired the Board of Management of a Further Education College.
She has extensive knowledge and experience within the NHS, Local Government and the Private sector as a consultant
and Director.
She has in depth knowledge of learning and development,
trade union negotiation, generalist personnel requirements, risk assessment, the management of change, project management,
best value exercises, the management of stress and of contracts of employment.
